King’s Hawaiian BBQ Meatball Sliders

Bite-sized sliders that are packed with flavor! Bacon, BBQ sauce, and grilled onions, on a King’s Hawaiian roll.

King’s Hawaiian BBQ Meatball Sliders Recipe

Ingredients (Taken from the video)

  • 1 12-pack King’s Hawaiian Rolls or 12 Slider Buns
  • 12 Pre-Cooked Meatballs
  • 12 slices Bacon, cooked and broken into bun-sized pieces
  • 12 slices Cheddar Cheese, cut into bun-sized pieces
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced and grilled
  • BBQ Sauce, store bought or homemade

Directions (Taken from the video)

  1. Heat gas, electric or charcoal grill to medium heat.
  2. Heat precooked meatballs on grill.
  3. Top meatballs with cheese slices to melt.
  4. Toast buns on grill over indirect heat.
  5. Remove buns.
  6. When ready to assemble, place a bun bottom on a plate. Top with a spoonful of BBQ sauce, grilled onions, bacon and a heated meatball. Top with bun top. Secure burger with a toothpick or skewer. (See video)
