Bite-sized sliders that are packed with flavor! Bacon, BBQ sauce, and grilled onions, on a King’s Hawaiian roll.

King’s Hawaiian BBQ Meatball Sliders Recipe
Ingredients (Taken from the video)
- 1 12-pack King’s Hawaiian Rolls or 12 Slider Buns
- 12 Pre-Cooked Meatballs
- 12 slices Bacon, cooked and broken into bun-sized pieces
- 12 slices Cheddar Cheese, cut into bun-sized pieces
- 1 medium Onion, sliced and grilled
- BBQ Sauce, store bought or homemade
Directions (Taken from the video)
- Heat gas, electric or charcoal grill to medium heat.
- Heat precooked meatballs on grill.
- Top meatballs with cheese slices to melt.
- Toast buns on grill over indirect heat.
- Remove buns.
- When ready to assemble, place a bun bottom on a plate. Top with a spoonful of BBQ sauce, grilled onions, bacon and a heated meatball. Top with bun top. Secure burger with a toothpick or skewer. (See video)
