Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Sliders on King’s Hawaiian Rolls

This is a classic slider on King’s Hawaiian Rolls… you gotta try it!

Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Sliders on King’s Hawaiian Rolls Recipe

Ingredients (Taken from the video)

  • 1 16 pack Hawaiian Rolls, sliced in 1/2 (tops and bottoms)
  • Mayonnaise
  • 6 – 8 slices Deli Ham
  • 4 – 6 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 6 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Directions (Taken from the video)

  1. Line a 9 x 9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place bottom-half of rolls into pan.
  3. Spread mayonnaise onto bottom of buns.
  4. Evenly layer ham on buns.
  5. Even layer Swiss Cheese on ham.
  6. Add bun tops.
  7. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, mustard, poppy seeds and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  8. Pour mixture over the top of buns in pan. Brush to spread evenly.
  9. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven, remove sliders from pan and place on cutting board.
  11. Carefully cut all sliders apart along bun lines.
  12. Serve.
